Large & Giant Breed Original Chicken & Brown Rice diet is based on the same original recipe formulated by Veterinary Surgeon John Burns in 1993, but with large dogs in mind.
This complete diet contains controlled levels of protein and fat helping larger dogs maintain an ideal bodyweight, which is proven to help reduce stress on joints. This diet also contains added joint supplements such as glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM and salmon oil to support healthy joints while added antioxidants support your dog from the inside out.

Brown Rice 67%, Chicken Meal 20%, Oats, Peas, Salmon Oil 1%, Chicken Oil, Sunflower Oil, Seaweed, Minerals, Glucosamine 500 mg/kg, MSM -Methylsulfonylmethane 500 mg/kg, Chondroitin Sulphate 360 mg/kg, Green Tea Extract, Blueberry Extract.

Crude Protein 18.5%, Crude Fat 7.5%, Crude Fibre 2.2%, Crude Ash 6%, Copper 21mg/kg, Sodium 0.26%, Calcium 1.1%, Phosphorus 0.9%, Magnesium 0.14%, Potassium 0.6%, Omega-6 fatty acids 1.58%, Omega-3 fatty acids 0.21%.

The starting point for calculating feeding amounts:
- Adult : 10g per 1kg of body weight per day
- Senior : 8g per 1kg of body weight per day
Reasons to reduce: neutered, senior, less active, ongoing health problem, overweight, warm environment, fussy dog, barking, persistent moulting or hyperactivity.
